Tell us how you like to eat

A tasting menu, a cooking experience and a busy local restaurant are very different evenings. Share the settings you enjoy and the things you would rather avoid. We can then balance planned meals with time to follow your own curiosity.

Use food to connect places

Chengdu and Chongqing offer a useful starting point for a food-led route. Instead of turning every stop into a tasting, mix your interests with neighbourhood walks, cultural visits and evenings without a fixed plan.

For a broader first journey, a few food-focused experiences can also fit around Beijing and Shanghai. You do not need to make every day a food tour.

Be clear about preferences

Tell us your preferred spice level and any dietary requirements before we select experiences. If you have allergies, discuss the specific requirements with us and with each restaurant; a request alone does not guarantee an allergen-free preparation environment.

The enquiry form has an optional space for practical needs. Share only the information needed to help us plan, not unrelated personal documents.

Leave room for appetite and discovery

One substantial food experience in a day can be more enjoyable than a tightly packed series of meals. A slower morning or a free evening gives you room to return to a favourite place, follow a recommendation or simply rest.

Bring this into your journey

Tell us one meal you are excited about, one you would avoid and how adventurous you want to be.
